Is there a deposit required?
For events utilizing The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center, a 25% down payment will be required at the time of booking your event. Events booked fewer than 5 business days in advance must be paid in full at the time of signing this agreement. The final balance will be due Ten (10) days prior to your event along with final guest count, room setup, A/V and menu (if applicable).
What is your cancellation Policy?
If your event is canceled, The Kroc Center reserves the right to retain your deposit and any other payments that have been rendered.
Can I arrive early to set up or decorate?
Yes, the Kroc Center Provides 30 minutes of complimentary time to set up or decorate before your event
Can I bring alcohol?
Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is forbidden on the premises. No exceptions
