Drop-in Group Exercise Classes

Drop-in group fitness classes are a perfect way to learn a new skill, make friends, or improve your fitness. Now offering a variety of activities including water aerobics, Zumba®, bootcamp, circuit training, yoga and many more. Dozens of classes are offered for all fitness types and abilities. Kid Fit is a class that prepares teenagers for the rights and responsibilities of an adult by teaching safety, health, wellness and Kroc Center policy.



Body Fusion: A combination of ballet, pilates, and yoga will provide you with exercises to bring shape and tone to every muscle.  Be ready to feel the burn!


$BoxFit: This cardio strength workout incorporates interval training with technical boxing instruction. Adult Member $25, Nonmember $35. Pay as you go: Member $5, Non-member $10. Youth Member $15, Non-Member $20. Pay as you go: Member $2, Non-member $5


Circuit Training: Body conditioning and resistance training using high-intensity aerobics.


Core & More: This class offers exercises that focus on strengthening and toning the mid-section of your body.


Family Line Dancing: Come join the fun and learn the latest line dances with your family.


$Kid Parkour : Youth ages 7-15 will have fun while engaging in this functional group fitness class.  Kids will develop muscle strength, stamina, agility, and balance. Member $15, Non-Member $20. Pay as you go: Member $2, Non-member $5


Line Dancing: Dancers line up ion a row without partners and follow a choreographed pattern of steps to music.


Lunch Bunch Fitness: Get you workout in at midday!  Join as we hit every muscle part by moving through a circuit of exercises while getting encouragement and support from a fitness trainer.


$MASSF Multi-Sport: This is a sports performance class for serious athletes. Athletes of any sport can participate. Member $20 for 6 sessions or $5 per session. Non-member $40 for 6 sessions or $8 per session.


*$Pickleball: Played with a paddle on a court, Pickleball is a cross between badminton, tennis, and ping-pong. Ages 16+. Non-member $5


Pilates: Improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance.


$Power Ride: A unique fusion-training class that blends cycling, strength training, and super-plyometric exercises.  This class will push you to your fitness limit! Only19 spaces available, first come first served. 8 weeks: Member $25, Non-member $35. Pay as you go: Member $5, Non-member $10


Spin: Indoor cycling is a cardiovascular, workout that builds endurance and strength.


Step Aerobics: An aerobics class using step platform with emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks.


Step & Sculpt: Step aerobic routines combined with strength training intervals give you a complete cardio and strength training workout.


$Weekend Warrior:  Prepare for your next Go Ruck Challenge, Tough Mudder, or Triathlon. You will experience a full body workout by completing intense segments of boot camp, indoor cycling, and core-focused exercises. 6 weeks:  Member $25, Nonmember $35. Pay as you go: Member $5, nonmember $10


Yoga: Discipline, which includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures.


Zumba: A dance fitness class with vibrant music that combines interval low impact training with exhilarating Latin rhythms.





Aqua Zumba: There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.


River Walking: No Instructor Adults Only


Aqua Exercise: This class includes a variety of rhythmic exercises with the resistance of water to increase strength, balance and endurance.
