Drop-in group fitness classes are a perfect way to learn a new skill, make friends, or improve your fitness. Now offering a variety of activities including water aerobics, Zumba®, bootcamp, circuit training, yoga and many more. Dozens of classes are offered for all fitness types and abilities. Kid Fit is a class that prepares teenagers for the rights and responsibilities of an adult by teaching safety, health, wellness and Kroc Center policy.
GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTION: LAND & WATER
Ab Blaster: Core strength class focusing on building abdominal muscles. This 30 mins class and that is all you need.
®$Afro Zumba: Let’s get moving with African and Caribbean style dance. This cardio dance class is perfect for adults looking to burn lots of calories, gainstrength and increase stamina while having fun. Member $15, Non-member $20. Pay as you go: Member $2, Non-member $5.
$BoxFit: This cardio strength workout incorporates interval training with technical boxing instruction.

Boot Camp: Combine JumpFit with high intensity boot camp to improve strength agility and endurance. 6/21, 7/3 & 8/9
Family Circuit Training: Body conditioning and resistance training using high-intensity aerobics.
Family Strength Training: Strength training uses resistance methods like free weights, resistance bands or person's own body weight (i.e. push-ups, squats, etc.) to increase muscle tone, strength and fitness
JumpFit Circuit: Burn lot's of calories and improve your agility and cardio capacity while completing a full body work-out circuit training utilizing a jump rope as the featured exercise.
$MASSF Multi-Sport: This is a sports performance class for serious athletes. Athletes of any sport can participate. Member $20 for 6 sessions or $5 per session. Non-member $40 for 6 sessions or $8 per session.
¢Pickleball: Played with a paddle on a court, Pickleball is a cross between badminton, tennis, and ping-pong. Ages 16+. Non-member $5
Pilates: Improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance.
®Silver Sneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music through exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Must register.
Spin: Indoor cycling is a cardiovascular, workout that builds endurance and strength.
Spin & Strength: The ultimate full body workout using spinning and strength training.
Step & Sculpt: Step aerobic routines combined with strength training intervals give you a complete cardio and strength training workout.
Yoga: Discipline, which includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures.
®$Youth Strength, Speed & Agility: This class will incorporate weight training, body-weight exercises, and conditioning drills to help get you bigger, faster, and stronger. This class will taught by a former Division 1 Strength Coach and use the same drills and exercises that top athletes use in the off-season. Class may utilize the gymnasium, fitness room, and outdoor grass fields. Member $25, Non-member $35.
Zumba: A dance fitness class with vibrant music that combines interval low impact training with exhilarating Latin rhythms.
Aqua Zumba: There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
River Walking: No Instructor Adults Only
Aqua Exercise: This class includes a variety of rhythmic exercises with the resistance of water to increase strength, balance and endurance.
