Drop-in Group Exercise Classes

Drop-in group fitness classes are a perfect way to learn a new skill, make friends, or improve your fitness. Now offering a variety of activities including water aerobics, Zumba®, bootcamp, circuit training, yoga and many more. Dozens of classes are offered for all fitness types and abilities. *Ages 13-15 Must attend KID FIT.

Kid Fit is a class that prepares teenagers for the rights and responsibilities of an adult by teaching safety, health, wellness and Kroc Center policy.
